Richard has over 30 years’ experience in finance. He has been a Finance Director for several large companies and is experienced in corporate restructuring, business acquisitions and sales. He has run a commercial finance brokering company since 2012 specialising in raising debt finance for SMEs and property developers. Alongside this Richard has continued to be a part time CFO for clients and a Non-Executive Director for a number of businesses, social enterprises and charities.

TAMMY GAIZAUSKAS

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With over 14 years of experience in the security industry, Tammy brings extensive expertise in operations management, leadership, and health & safety to her role at Sitewatch. As Operations Director, she oversees a wide range of critical functions—including company operations, fleet management, HR, recruitment, training, and apprentice development—while also providing hands-on support to the admin team. A founding member of Sitewatch, Tammy has been instrumental in building the business from the ground up, helping to shape its reputation as a high-performing team. She’s particularly passionate about the complex, high-risk sites the company protects and takes pride in ensuring that every aspect of service delivery meets the highest standards.

AUDRIUS GAIZAUSKAS

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

With a career that began in electrical engineering in 2009 and progressed into the fire and security sector in 2012, Audrius brings a wealth of hands-on experience and technical expertise to Sitewatch. Fully qualified across all areas of the industry, he has played a pivotal role in the design, build, and continual development of the company’s solar-powered CCTV tower systems—having worked on every model since the very first prototype. As Technical Director, Audrius provides critical support across the business, assisting the deployment team, internal staff, and customers to ensure seamless operations. His passion lies in solar technology and smart innovation, constantly pushing the boundaries to create efficient solutions where none yet exist.
